Vendor Registration

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event has been pushed back one day to take place on Sunday September 22nd, 2019.

Competition to be held 3pm-7pm on SundaySeptember 22, 2019 

You will be provided with a 6’-8’ space to set up.  Please bring everything you’ll need to set up including your own tables, stands, racks, etc. as they will not be provided. Set up starts at 11am.  You must be completely set up by 2 pm.  Vendors are allowed one (1) helper each without event ticket purchase. Additional helpers must purchase event ticket.  Vendors are asked to stay for duration of event and not to start break down process until 30 mins before event end time.  All registered vendors will be posted on all Loyal Tee's social media outlets once registration is complete.  Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their immediate surrounding area at end of event, making sure all trash and trash bags are placed inside of the trash bins behind the venue. Vendor gives Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes LLC and Unity Banquet Center the right to use their name in event publicity & advertising.  Vendors must obtain all required permits and licenses required by the State of Ohio and must pay all applicable city, county, state, and federal taxes.  Vendor will staff booth at all times the day of event.  Vendor understands that other vendors with merchandise similar to their may also have booth space at the event.  Vendor agrees to also complete the media and liability release form (select "Pit Boss Media Release Form" from website's menu).
 
 
Vendor fee is $50 & is non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. 
Fee can be paid via CashApp: $LoyalTeesCustomCakes or via PayPal: PayPal.me/LoyalTees and are due no later than September 19th, 2019.  
Registration is not complete until fee is paid and both forms are submitted
