ALL Waivers Must Be Signed Prior to Event for Participation

Neither Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, Unity Banquet Center, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents will be responsible or liable for injury to any person or persons or for loss or damage to any Vendor’s property or any person or persons while in transit to or from the event area or while in the event area. Vendor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, Unity Banquet Center, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, or guests against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damages to property or personal injury caused by Vendor, his/her agents, representatives, employees or animals. Vendor warrants and represents that any use of materials published or displayed on the Internet or in electronic format in connection with the Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, and Unity Banquet Center will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other rights of Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, Unity Banquet Center or any other third party. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, and Unity Banquet Center from any claims for monetary awards, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, made byany third persons relating to or arising from any third party claims of defamation, illegality, or infringement of any patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, services marks, trade names, or other similar proprietary rights. Vendor waives all claims of any kind against Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, and Unity Banquet Center, or any other person or animal involved in Dayton's Pit Boss Competition for any injury or loss to its person or property which may directly or indirectly result from Vendor’s participation in Dayton's Pit Boss Competition. ​I also hereby consent to the participant in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies, or videotapes by Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, and Unity Banquet Center. I also grant the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for internet, promotional purposes and all other forms of media. I also hereby release Loyal Tee's Custom Cakes,LLC , Events Touched by Loyal Tee, LLC, and Unity Banquet Center from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
